All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
As a dropshipping store, we work with trusted international suppliers to deliver products directly to our customers.
Estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
From time to time, LAO&co may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Address

LAO&co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact your local delivery carrier.

While LAO&co will do everything possible to help resolve the issue, we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
